Weight loss achieved up until now: 3kgs on my first week
Improvement: I discovered that my meals last week had a lots of green beans in them. Also, the green beans felt “too al dente” for my preference. Progressing, I would choose to have Brussel sprouts to change green beans when they are in the meal.
Fantastic flavours with great deals of choices
Food is extremely delicious and definitely keto. Macros are properly noted in each meal, with the majority of meals having 4-5g net carbs. Meals are effectively loaded and delivered on time. There is a lots of alternatives to choose from, so you will never get tired with the meals. Overall, terrific experience and will highly advise.
